Qualification &
Experience:
General Manager: -> Graduate with Good
Academics record from a recognized University. B.Pharma/ B.Tech./ MBA
preferred. 10 - 15 Years at Senior level Management. Applicant technically
& administratively sound. CPSU experience preferred.
Dy. General Manager (Fin):--> CA /MBA (Fin).
10-12 Years in Managerial Level Preferably in CPSU.
Finance Manager:--> CA /MBA (Fin). 8-10
Years in Managerial Level/ Senior Executive Level Preferably in CPSU.
Personnel Manager:-> Post Graduation/ MBA /PG
Diploma in Personnel Mgmt/ Industrial Relations. 08-10 Years in Managerial
Level in CPSU. Ex-serviceman /Para Military Personnel will be Preferred. Age
relaxable for Ex-Servicemen.
Deputy Personnel Manager:-> Post Graduation/
MBA/PG Diploma in Personnel Mgmt/ Industrial Relations. 05 Years in Executive
Level in Personnel Deptt Preferably in CPSU. Preference will be given to
Ex- serviceman. Paramilitary Personnel.
Manager (QC):-> B.Pharma/ B.Sc/ M.Sc. 08-10
Years in Quality Control minimum 03 years at senior Level in Quality Control.
Deputy Manager (QA):-> B.Pharma/ B.Sc/ M.Sc.
05-08 Years in Pharma Formulation Unit in QA Department Well versed with WHO-GMP.
Deputy Manager (Legal):-> LLB / LLM. 05-08
Years handling Legal Cases, personnel matter of reputed Companies
preferably of CPSU's.
Regional Sales Manager:-> MBA (Marketing) /
B.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma. 05 years experience in marketing field preferably
in Phamra CPSU.
Selection Procedure: The selection would be based on initial screening of applications and
short-listed candidates called for interview only.
